Made from TIG-welded aluminium, it withstands over 2.5 bar of boost pressure while offering improved throttle response and increased airflow.

The CNC-cut 90mm throttle valve ensures smooth opening and maximum air intake, essential for powerful turbocharged engines.
The kit also includes the Dash 6 injector manifold, gaskets, complete hardware and sensor tapping for a ready-to-use installation.

Designed to replace the original plastic manifold, which is often prone to cracking under high pressure, this TIG-welded aluminium model is capable of withstanding up to 2.5 bar of boost without deformation.
Its robust, lightweight construction (3 kg) offers excellent thermal and mechanical resistance.

The 90 mm 5-axis CNC-machined throttle valve ensures greater airflow and more responsive acceleration than the original 70 mm throttle valve.

The high-flow injector manifold supplied features Dash 6 connectors to ensure a constant flow of fuel, even in very high turbo configurations.

This manifold includes 4 1/8 NPT holes under the base, allowing the addition of pressure sensors, a regulator or a boost pressure gauge, as well as a dedicated connector for the original idle valve.

Its high-gloss aluminium finish adds a professional aesthetic touch to your engine bay, while ensuring perfect compatibility with BMW M50 and M52 blocks.
