Dash 8 90° female fittings

CNC machined dash 8 fitting in black anodised aluminium.

AN8 = 3/4″ – 16 UNF JIC thread

Inside diameter: 12.7mm

Dash type fittings are among the safest and most efficient solutions when it comes to coupling hoses.

The removable ring is designed with 3 internal retaining lips: when assembled on a hose, these lips push the hose away from the ring itself. The hose is thus locked in the coupling, creating a three-stage seal.

Unlike serflex clamps and crimp rings, which are not always watertight, Dash fittings are perfectly watertight and reusable.

Swivel ring. Once crimped, the end of the fitting can be swivelled as required to adapt to your installation.

Operating temperature from -53 ℃ to + 150 ℃. Maximum operating pressure of 68 bar (1000 psi).

Our hoses and fittings are compatible with all types of fluids and hydrocarbons:

  1. Engine oil
  2. Petrol
  3. Diesel
  4. Ethanol E85
  5. Coolant
  6. Power steering fluid
  7. Water / Air

Examples of applications:

  • Fuel hoses
  • Cooling hoses
  • Pressure hoses for waste-gate and dump valve.
  • Turbocharger oil supply.
  • Brake master cylinder supply.
  • Power steering hoses (low pressure).
