This turbo oil return flange with extended rigid tube is the ideal solution to the recurring problem of oil return hoses being burnt by the heat of the turbo.
Thanks to its CNC machined aluminium tube, 15 cm long and angled at 30°, it allows :
- keeps the hose away from the hot body of the turbo
- greatly reduce exposure to heat
- considerably increase the life of the oil return hose.
This configuration is widely used on top-level competition cars, where the reliability of the oil circuit is paramount.
The flange is designed to accept a 22 mm ID hose, which can be fitted using a clamp or crimp, depending on your assembly.
A gasket is integrated into the base of the flange to ensure a perfect seal, and the 2 fixing screws are supplied for direct mounting.
